Q: How do you handle privacy?

A: Other than to ship coffee and process payments, pass along any information about you. We never sell your information, period.

We don’t work with 3rd party advertisers and we don’t keep or sell data about our customers for purposes of profit. We make our money by selling great coffee, not by selling your data.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We work with Stripe to process payments. All major credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted.

Q: Can you tell me about shipping?

A: Shipping is a $5 flat fee. We use the US Postal Service to ship. Once we receive your order, we roast your coffee and ship it out, usually the next day. You can expect coffee to arrive in 3-5 days after roasting.

We’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your order and another email when your order ships.

Q: Can I create a recurring subscription?

A: We don’t currently offer a subscription service but if this is something you’d like, send us a note at “info@prairieschoolcoffee.com” or hit us up on Instagram @prairieschoolcoffee.

You can create an account, though, to save your details and make it faster next time you order.
